In the superior court of UDS SRC with original jurisdiction, a case between one Mr. Kelvin Anyawen Yarfoh Vs UDS SRC Electoral Commission.
After a tough vetting procedures which lasted for days to determine the next best candidate to take charge of the SRC affairs.

The release of the vetting results with some candidates performing below average was the shock of life and the beginning of drama and series of legal actions.
On 13th of June, 2022, UDS Vibes received copies of documents sent to the SRC Electoral Commission from Gbewaa Chambers requesting for information about the entire process of the vetting procedures.

Another is a document filled at the SRC Court with original jurisdiction over the legal actions in the University requesting for same from Kelvin Anyawen Yarfoh himself.


The last one is a letter from Kelvin Anyawen Yarfoh himself with his signature requesting for same information from the electoral body.

The case has been filled according to us and one must fail, we keep our finger waiting for the drama to unfold.
